Meanwhile, fitness professionals — even with the best intentions — often lack the injury-specific knowledge to truly bridge that gap, and so the cycle continues.
The Physio Hack exists to break that cycle. I offer personalised rehab that fuses Physiotherapy expertise with strength and conditioning — helping people recover strong, move better, and stay well.
